Con artist Anna Delvey Joins New 'Dancing with the Stars' Cast, Will Wear Ankle Monitor on the Show

Anna Delvey will join 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 33, which premieres on ABC September 17.
- Delvey, known for defrauding New York's elite, got approval from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement to participate in the show.
- She will wear a bejeweled ankle monitor during the competition to comply with legal constraints.
Her professional dance partner for the show will be newcomer Ezra Sosa (pictured).
Other contestants include Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik, reality TV icon Phaedra Parks, model Brooks Nader, and actors Eric Roberts and Tori Spelling, among others.
